|Spending Scores: Here is where we look at the statistical data,
to understand where we are in our "game." Consumer spending is a way to
keep a measurable score in the Transition Game.
Currently, census figures reveal that Cumberland County residents spend two millions dollars a month on food. The Farmers Market statistics reveal a Local Food Spending score that was tracked for six months in 2016, mid-April through mid-October. Cumberland County shoppers spent $37,263 during those six months on food at the Farmers Market.
